Alongside Melbourne's resurgence of high quality hand made footwear has come one of the strongest packs of new-school tailors in Mebourne's recent memory. Young craftsmen classically trained with a passion for fabrics, an understanding of what a younger customer wants and a head full of contempory ideas. Chris Edwards is one such tailor. One half of Melbourne tailoring duo Oscar Hunt, Chris is your go-to man when it comes to putting your wardrobe together. He doesn't mind keeping it casual either. Andrew is a true shoe aficionado who was happy to impart on us the history of his Gaziano & Girling Brogues. Tony Gaziano & Dean Girling worked for a variety of bespoke makers, designers and Northampton manufacturers before coming together to launch their own company in 2006 - the first new factory producing handmade British footwear for over 100 years.
